Nice selection of healthier recipes. Easy to follow, and with thoughtful tips and suggestions. This book compliments the author's Mediterranean Diet book. As a pescatarian (vegetarian plus fish), the original Mediterranean Diet provided more useful recipes, with wonderful soups, salads, grain and legume dishes, as well as fruit dishes. This cookbook is considerably heavy on meat-based recipes.Product details

not for me but some good sounding recipes.
Seems to be a pretty good assortment of recipes. My wife has been going through them and has a number we are going to try. With so many doctors talking up a Mediterranean Diet this seems like a good place to start.
